尾崎美和子主任研究員により牽引された開発プロジェクトである。手のひらサイズの箱型核酸配列同定装置の開発を経て、更にクレジットカード型へとダウンサイズする為、ソリッドタイプの次世代量子シーケンサの開発に取り組んでいる。核酸塩基の違いを電子の動きで計測する方法である。
